Context

As Raising The Village’s evidence base grew, so did the challenge of communicating increasingly complex program results to funders, partners, and broader audiences.

My role

What I did

• Led three consecutive flagship impact reports from 2023–2025.

• Synthesized program data and evidence into accessible narratives and content in close collaboration with the MEL team.

• Helped evolve the reporting into a digital Impact Studio in 2025.

• Developed multiple derivative products for different internal and external stakeholders

Outcome

A robust but accessible, multi-format approach to communicating evidence, learning and impact.
